This release adds collaborators to tasks and gives the calendar better filters and drag to reschedule.
Collaborators on tasks
A task has one assignee. Now it can also have collaborators: the other people who work on it.
- Add them when you create a task. The new task form has a "Pick collaborators" button next to the assignee.
- Change them later. The task detail screen has a collaborators button. Changes show in the task activity, like other changes.
- Filter by them. Task lists have a new collaborator filter, next to the assignee filter.
Calendar filters
The calendar side menu has three new filters:
- Assignees. Show only the tasks assigned to the people you pick.
- Collaborators. Show only the tasks those people work on.
- Workflow statuses. Show only the tasks in the statuses you pick, for example hide completed work. You can pick statuses from all your teams in one list.
Drag to reschedule
In the week and two-day views, you can drag a task or event to a different time. A preview shows where it will land, and the new time saves when you let go.
AI assistants
The task and calendar tools for AI assistants can now filter by collaborator too.
